Leidsche Rijn Centrum-Noord is de aangewezen locatie voor hoogbouw in Utrecht die hoger is dan de Dom. Na een uitgebreide verkenning en samenspraak met de wijk is ruimte gegeven aan een maximum van 140 meter hoogte. Het stedenbouwkundig plan wordt in fasen gerealiseerd, met een brede mix van wonen en werken gekoppeld aan sterke, groene openbare ruimtes. Rijnboutt en Baljon begeleiden de architectonische uitwerking van dit hoogstedelijke gebied.
