Arnhem Bartok

The project for the inner city development of the Bartok location in Arnhem, located opposite of the Rozet Knowledge Centre and the famous ‘Aardvarken’ sculpture of Florentijn Hofman, will contribute to a further positive development and improvement of this new vibrant inner city area around the Bartok square. The 9.000m2 high-end development contains a mixed-use program with a supermarket, the future showroom of the local Architecture Centre (CASA) and 60 mid-size apartments. The project is characterized by its faceted building shape and its generous pocket terraces on the upper levels. The central intimate courtyard garden is designed as a green oasis within the city centre, creating a social meeting place for the residents.
