Century Center
Description
The renovation of a historic building complex in the centre of Antwerp. The total project is spread over four separate subprojects with their own identity and architecture: Deco, Arto, Novo and Pelican.
The old complex will get an attractive facade on each of the three sides. It will consist of a mix of office space with retail on the lower floors. The new total project comprises approximately 10.000m² retail space, 22.000m² office space and 8.000m² parking.
