Karakteristieke baksteenarchitectuur volgens goede Brabantse traditie. De plattegronden zijn dan weer modern; maisonnettes kwamen in die tijd in Brabant nog niet voor.
Vier woongebouwen zijn in twee afzonderlijke stempels rond een groene hof geschakeld. De open zijde van de hof legt verbinding met de gracht, de andere zijde geeft de hof beslotenheid en intimiteit door een afsluitende rij bergingen.
