Dit gebouw is een van de grotere binnen Den Elzent. Robuuste schoolvleugels omspanden een groot plein erachter waar een gymzaal en een portierswoning ook nog een plaats kregen. In 2006 is het helemaal herontwikkeld voor zeer ruime appartementen. De gevels werden daarbij vrijwel ongemoeid gelaten. Alleen aan de achterzijde zijn balkons toegevoegd.
