In 1995 kwam het terrein van het voormalige Diaconessenziekenhuis beschikbaar voor herontwikkeling. De opgave was: woningbouw in een veelheid van typen, in een open verkaveling met een parkconcept als ruimtelijk bindend element. CH & Partners ontwierp het stedenbouwkundige en landschappelijke plan, met inpassing van bestaande bomen, hoogteverschillen en gebouwonderdelen. Het resultaat was een collectief woonpark, in beheer bij de bewoners, met een hoge en duurzame kwaliteit.
