Aan de rand van Philipsdorp lag al jaren braakliggend terreintje aan de driesprong van Draaiboomstraat, Schouwbroekseweg en Knotwilghof. En dat leverde een duidelijk onaffe stedenbouwkundige situatie op. Met een configuratie van 4 woningen is dit op een heel effectieve manier opgelost.
De woningen zijn absoluut eigentijds met hun wit metalen bovenbouw en detaillering, maar sluiten met hun kleurstelling gemakkelijk aan bij het rood en wit van Philipsdorp.
