Om tot de correcte sfeerbepaling te komen voor de kantoorinrichting is er een intense voorronde geweest

met een team van vertegenwoordigers van alle afdelingen van ERA. De conclusies van deze gesprekken

waren dat er een “open” en huiselijke sfeer moest zijn in het nieuwe kantoor, zodat elke medewerker zich

kan thuis voelen en samenwerken in de hand wordt gewerkt.

Het eindresultaat is dat elke splitlevel een eigen accentkleur heeft, die terug te vinden is in de glazen afscheidingen, de stoffering van de flex- en belplekken, de verlichtingsarmaturen en dergelijke.
