In Roosendaal is door RO&AD ar- chitecten een 240 m2 groot woonhuis ontworpen, waarin zoveel mogelijk biobased materialen zijn verwerkt. Het huis is tevens een demo-woning voor Bouwpuur. Als isolatiemateriaal is er schapenwol en houtwol toegepast. Voor de constructie is gebruik gemaakt van Nur Holz. Zoals de naam al aangeeft, maken deze gelamineerde houtproducten geen gebruik van lijm en metalen schroeven of nagels: het is puur hout.
Adviesbureau Lüning verzorgde als hoofdconstructeur zowel het ontwerp als de berekeningen van de woning.
