De meeste gestucte gebouwen van 20 jaar oud zien er vaak helemaal verschoten uit, maar hier is de kleur nog net zo intens als in 1994. Aan de geluidbelaste voorzijde wordt een interessant spel gespeeld van gesloten volumes, open galerijen en een glazen liftschacht.
Aan de achterzijde bloeit de gevel open in een rustgevend ritme van puien en loggia's.
