Résidence Eyckendael heeft sterke verwantschap met de historische architectuur van veel landhuizen aan de Stichtse Lustwarande. Deze waren vaak rijk aan ornamentiek. Maar ook de klassieke opzet, een driedeling met puntgevels, verwijst naar de geschiedenis.  

De façade kreeg voornamelijk wit stucwerk. Dit wordt afgewisseld met robuuste stalen balken zoals bij de entree en in de balkons. Het metselwerk heeft veel eigentijdse kenmerken. 

Gevel

Op de gevel werd 700 m2 Stolit (stuc) aangebracht en 150 m2 Ströher langformaat GL steenstrips.
