Op deze voormalige schoollocatie is een sculpturaal woongebouw ontwikkeld. Het gesloten bouwblok is open gemaakt op de begane grond zodat de binnenhof een relatie aangaat met het naastgelegen park. Plaatselijk is het gebouw verlaagd om in de binnenhof ook van de zon te kunnen profiteren. De houtachtige gevelbekleding geeft het gebouw iets zachts en maakt het optisch iets kleinschaliger.
