Topa Verpakking is een toonaangevende organisatie met ruim 90 jaar ervaring op het gebied van verpakkingsontwikkeling en verpakkingsinnovatie.

Eén van de doelen in de ontwerpfase was de beleving in de fabriek te optimaliseren. Herman de Groot heeft dit onderzocht. Het resultaat van het onderzoek was een integrale oplossing met daglichttoetreding in de fabriekshal. Hierdoor ontstond een aangenaam werk-/ leefklimaat in de fabriekshal.
Herman de Groot heeft alle technologie ontworpen en de realisatie voor dit project begeleid.
