AAhof
Description
The Aahof in Zwolle is the first residents' courtyard in the Netherlands, according to the Knarrenhof housing concept. This group of seniors would like to live independently for as long and as pleasant as possible, while also looking after each other.
This project was developed by the Vereniging Krasse Knarrenhof Zwolle in collaboration with the development company Knarrenhof Nederland, under the leadership of cooperating foreman Peter Prak.
The Aahof has 48 life-course residences, 14 of which are rental properties. The first pile was "driven" on June 5, 2017. The first house was completed on November 23, 2017.
The Aahof is located in the AA countries district of Zwolle, about 600 meters from De Dobbe shopping center.
