At a historical location in Rotterdam, food, leisure, living and parking are combined in the Market Hall. Fully integrated to celebrate and enhance the synergetic possibilities of the different functions. It includes a huge market floor on the ground floor under an arc of apartments. During the day it serves as central market hall, after hours the hall becomes an enormous, covered, well lit public space. The unique combination of an apartment building covering a fresh food market with food shops, restaurants, a supermarket and an underground parking is found nowhere else in the world.
