Eikenplein

The corner building on Eikenplein consists of 10 freely divisible homes. The dark glossy brick, the white wooden windows, the large windows and the zinc superstructure give the building a powerful appearance – matching the robust nineteenth-century buildings on the square.

The corner building on Eikenplein consists of ten freely divisible apartments. The floor plan of the five houses on the corner has been developed from a diagonal, in order to allow the houses to benefit from the sun at the rear as well as from the orientation on the square. The other homes are located on Eikenweg. The two large windows reinforce this layout and give every house a panoramic view.
