Huis van inspiratie

House of Inspiration is a new housing estate with 53 houses in four rows on four streets in Crooswijk in Rotterdam. The houses are set up in different sizes and have several specials. The residents have access to a large courtyard garden. ABT has been involved in fire safety, noise, ventilation, daylight, thermal facade, EPC and various installation concepts. Through several work sessions the client was able to make a choice. The project turned out to be a success, all houses were sold quickly and were nominated for the NEPROM 2019.
