International Financial Centre Moscow

Team Maxwan + Reserve, including Juurlink en Geluk, ARUP and Pegasus are one of three finalists to develop the International Financial Centre (IFC) in Moscow. The 460 hector project includes a city with 100,000 jobs and 34,000 inhabitants. The city is planned on the western outskirts of Moscow. Moscow is currently playing a marginal role in the financial world. The city occupies position 73 in the world rankings. The Russian government plans to bring Moscow into the top league of international financial centres. The city will provide ideal conditions for attracting international companies and institutions in the financial sector. It will compete with financial centres such as the City of London and Downtown Manhattan. The creation of “the first nature oriented IFC in the world”
