Description
Just outside the city, this house is being built for a family with two children. The integrated guesthouse is for a foreign family who regularly visits the Netherlands.
The design of the house optimally responds to the appearance rules from the image quality plan. By lowering the sleeping floor into the ground, the spaciousness of the roof shape is expressed in the living room and in the kitchen. These important living areas are connected to the surrounding plot, so that the residents can really live outside. This was an emphatic wish and the main reason for living here. Being outdoors and having a view of the surrounding landscape makes this place a unique country estate in Delft.
